- 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup butter (melted, divided use)
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans (, toasted)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- cream to thin it out (as needed)
- 1 1/2 cups pecans (chopped & toasted)
