The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/3 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup stubb's legendary bar-b-q sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • pinch of ground cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices colby jack cheese, optional
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup stubb's legendary bar-b-q sauce
  • lettuce
  • red onion, sliced
  • pickled jalapeños
  • fresh tomato, sliced

Instruction

  • Prepare your grill for high heat cooking. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, sauce, jalapeño, and cayenne pepper. Divide into four patties and season each on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill burgers on for 3 minutes on each side. If using cheese, add it during the last minute of cooking. Mix together mayonnaise and sauce. Serve burgers fully loaded with as many toppings as you can handle.
