Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbs instant gravy powder
  • 5 tsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tbs cream
  • 2 tbs butter

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and cook over medium heat. Reduce heat and add oyster sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in enough gravy mix to 1½ cups boiling water to make a gravy thickness to your liking. Add to mushrooms and stir.
  • Before serving, stir in cream and serve.
