Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ tsp ground ginger
- 1½ tsp dry ground mustard
- 3 ribeye steaks
Instruction
- Whisk together parsley, soy sauce, garlic, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ginger, and mustard.
- Place steaks in a large ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the steaks. Close bag and turn a few times to coat steaks. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- Remove steaks from the marinade and cook on the grill until they reach your personal preference.
