Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • l lemon (juiced)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance)
  • about 10 skewers
  • 1 batch of marinade
  • 1 batch of seitan (you could sub a commercially available seitan or other meat substitute)
  • assortment of your favorite grilling veggies (I used zucchini, white mushrooms and cherry tomatoes)
