Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- l lemon (juiced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance)
- about 10 skewers
- 1 batch of marinade
- 1 batch of seitan (you could sub a commercially available seitan or other meat substitute)
- assortment of your favorite grilling veggies (I used zucchini, white mushrooms and cherry tomatoes)
