Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (or mirin)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or coconut palm sugar)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 teaspoons ginger root (fresh, peeled and grated)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instruction
- Combine the soy sauce, vinegar or mirin, sweetener, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add it to the pot. Boil for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Serve.
