Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 0.5 red onion
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 limes (juice only)
- 50 ml tequila
- 1 handful coriander
Instruction
- Finely dice the tomatoes, peppers, chilli and red onion.
- Spoon the diced vegetables and tomato into a bowl along with all of the juice and pips (we don't want to waste any flavour!)
- Add the pinch of salt, lime juice and tequila and stir well.
- Leave the salsa to sit for 30 minutes for optimum flavour.
- Roughly chop the coriander and stir through the salsa immediately before serving.
