  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

  • ½ bunch green or red leaf lettuce; cleaned (trimmed & chopped)
