Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons oil or butter
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste (or minced ginger garlic)
- 3/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
- salt (to taste)
- 200 grams cubed paneer
- 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instruction
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil or butter in a tawa or griddle.
- Add bay leaf and saute well. Add cumin seeds and temper it. Next add chopped onions and saute well until soft.
- Next add minced ginger garlic and saute well till raw smell goes off.
- Now add the chopped bell peppers and saute well for 4-5 minutes.
- Next add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add salt, spice powders and saute well till tomatoes get cooked and leave out fat from the sides.
- Now add paneer cubes and toss well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from flame and add lemon juice. Mix well and serve hot.
