Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 pound lean ground beef ((I use 88% lean))
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 15 ounce can green beans (drained)
  • 15 ounce can kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounce package frozen tater tots

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Warm a large (10”) skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic powder, and salt to skillet. Cook until the beef is cooked through, using a spatula to break up the ground beef as it cooks.
  • Add mushroom soup, green beans, corn, and 1/2 cup cheese to the beef in the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the ground beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the tater tot casserole.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until tots are golden brown and hot.
