Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 bag frozen tater tots
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups Colby Jack shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, (to taste)
  • sliced green onions, (for topping)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Layer frozen tater tots in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs until fully combined.
  • Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in crumbled bacon.
  • Then stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over tater tots.
  • Then add remaining cup of shredded cheese to the top.
  • Bake uncovered for about 35-40 minutes.
  • If you'd like, garnish with a little sliced green onion.
