Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 bag frozen tater tots
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups Colby Jack shredded cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, (to taste)
- sliced green onions, (for topping)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer frozen tater tots in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs until fully combined.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix in crumbled bacon.
- Then stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over tater tots.
- Then add remaining cup of shredded cheese to the top.
- Bake uncovered for about 35-40 minutes.
- If you'd like, garnish with a little sliced green onion.
