Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1 organic apple (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a few hours if possible. Serve.
