Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups shredded brussels sprouts
- 1 organic apple (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a few hours if possible. Serve.
