Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon tangerine zest ((from a few tangerines))
  • about 3 tangerines ((from the zested tangerines!))

Instruction

  • Line 1 standard-sized (1-dozen) muffin pan cupcake liners and set aside.
