Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 500 g beef mince
- 2 tbs onion flakes
- 4 tbs tikka masala Indian curry paste
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg beaten
- 4 tsp poppy seeds
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Combine beef mince, onion flakes, curry paste and salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
- Cut pastry sheet in half lengthways, place a quarter of the mince mixture down long edge of each piece.
- Brush pasty with egg and roll up to enclose.
- Brush each roll with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and place on a baking paper-lined tray.
- Cut each roll into 4 cm pieces, bake for 25 minutes until sausage rolls are crisp and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
