Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/4 cup hung curd
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • Tandoori masala
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice

Instruction

  • For first marinade: Marinate the chicken in some salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste. Keep refrigerated for an hour.
  • For second marinade: In a bowl mix the curd and all the spices, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, a spoon of oil. Keep it in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 deg c. I hv used the microwave convection. Take a baking tray and line it with silver foil.
  • Place a grill rack on it. Arrange the drumsticks on it. Drizzle little oil. 
  • Cook it for 30 mins. Remove and turn the pieces.
  • Drizzle little oil and again cook for half an hour. The chicken will look chargrilled.
  • No food colour added. Wrap the end with foil.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Serve it with salad and lemon wedges.
