The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- Juice of one fresh lime
- 1 tbsp mint, chopped

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin (omit for AIP)
- 1 tsp garam masala (omit for AIP)
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (plus extra for greasing the grill/pan)
