Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup filtered water
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or sesame oil)
Instruction
- Put all ingredients, excluding oil, in your food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture is a creamy, smooth paste.
- Drizzle in olive oil and continue blending until well combined.
- When everything is well blended, serve the lemon tahini dressing over your favorite salad.
