Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or sesame oil)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients, excluding oil, in your food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture is a creamy, smooth paste.
  • Drizzle in olive oil and continue blending until well combined.
  • When everything is well blended, serve the lemon tahini dressing over your favorite salad.
