Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) old fashioned oats (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 2/3 cup water plus more if it’s too thick
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 banana, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds (or cut in half then slice lengthwise, don’t cut them too thin or they’ll be mushy)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
  • sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) tahini
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped pecans or other chopped nuts (optional)
