Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup (50 g) old fashioned oats (use gluten-free if needed)
- 2/3 cup water plus more if it’s too thick
- dash of sea salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 banana, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds (or cut in half then slice lengthwise, don’t cut them too thin or they’ll be mushy)
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
- sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp (30 g) tahini
- 1 tbsp (15 g) dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1-2 tbsp chopped pecans or other chopped nuts (optional)
