Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Cooked lean turkey breast (I cooked it with a diced onion, & seasoned with cumin, sea salt and pepper)
- Diced tomato
- Shredded lettuce
- Avocado
- 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
- Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork
- Place potatoes on baking sheet
- Bake until tender, about 45 minutes
- Make a slit in the top of each potato
