Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Cooked lean turkey breast (I cooked it with a diced onion, & seasoned with cumin, sea salt and pepper)
  • Diced tomato
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees f
  • Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork
  • Place potatoes on baking sheet
  • Bake until tender, about 45 minutes
  • Make a slit in the top of each potato
