Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Chili Powder (or McCormick Chipotle Chili Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Onion Salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers packed in adobo sauce)
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ jalapeno (seeds removed and very finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • desired toppings

Instruction

  • In a small bowl stir together onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapenos. Set aside. Stir together ranch dressing and adobo sauce and set aside. 
  •  In a large pan/skillet over medium-high heat on the stove, saute ground beef along with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to saute until meat is well-browned.
