Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can pizza dough (refrigerated)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • taco toppings

Instruction

  • Bake the pizza dough as directed
  • Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through
  • Drain, then return to the pan
  • Add the water and 2 tbsp taco seasoning and bring to a boil
  • Lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until most of the moisture has evaporated
  • In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the sour cream, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Once the pizza crust has cooled for about 20 minutes, spread the sour cream mixture over the entire crust
  • Evenly spread the ground beef on top of the sour cream sauce
  • Top with your desired taco toppings, such as tomatoes, onion, peppers, etc.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the entire pizza
  • Cut into pieces about 2-inch square and serve immediately
