Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 fresh figs (approx 42g each) (stalks removed and cut in half)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- 200 g low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- fresh mint sprigs (to decorate)
Instruction
- Place the figs in a small saucepan with the maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Cover and place on a low heat for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the figs are just tender and a syrupy sauce has formed.
- Stir the remaining 1tsp maple syrup into the yoghurt and serve with the figs.
- Decorate with a sprig of mint.
