Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 fresh figs (approx 42g each) (stalks removed and cut in half)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200 g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • fresh mint sprigs (to decorate)

Instruction

  • Place the figs in a small saucepan with the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  • Cover and place on a low heat for 4 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the figs are just tender and a syrupy sauce has formed.
  • Stir the remaining 1tsp maple syrup into the yoghurt and serve with the figs.
  • Decorate with a sprig of mint.
