The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ice water (approximately)
- 3 slices bacon, cut into small pieces (see note)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) thinly sliced Swiss chard stems
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine
- 2 cups (500 ml) chopped Swiss chard leaves
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten (see note)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- Salt and pepper
