Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ½ cups raw unsalted mixed nuts (or your favorite nut like cashews and almonds)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Instruction

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Whisk together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a large bowl.
  • Whisk egg white in a bowl until foamy, then add nuts and toss to coat. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top and toss again to coat.
  • Arrange nuts in a single layer in the prepared pan. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely on the baking sheet on a wire rack.
