Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 ½ cups raw unsalted mixed nuts (or your favorite nut like cashews and almonds)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
Instruction
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Whisk together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a large bowl.
- Whisk egg white in a bowl until foamy, then add nuts and toss to coat. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top and toss again to coat.
- Arrange nuts in a single layer in the prepared pan. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely on the baking sheet on a wire rack.
