Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup Butter (unsalted, room temperature)
  • ¾ cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instruction

  • Pre-heat the oven at 190 C / 375 F.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch - and set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and condensed milk.
  • Next, add the flour mixture followed by the vanilla extract. Combine well.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or two tablespoons, drop small dollops on a parchment-lined baking tray. You can also sprinkle some chocolate chips over each cookie.
  • Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes. Then, transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
