Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium sweet potato ((cooked and peeled))
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 5 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts ((to garnish))
Instruction
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except ice and walnuts). Blend it smooth. Pause and add crushed ice and blend it smooth again.
- Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses and garnish with chopped walnuts and enjoy!
