Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium sweet potato ((cooked and peeled))
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts ((to garnish))

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except ice and walnuts). Blend it smooth. Pause and add crushed ice and blend it smooth again.
  • Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses and garnish with chopped walnuts and enjoy!
