Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 sweet potato (cooked (see notes))
  • 1 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Instruction

  • Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.
  • Next add remaining ingredients and blend again.
