Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 sweet potato (cooked (see notes))
- 1 cup mango (frozen)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)
Instruction
- Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.
- Next add remaining ingredients and blend again.
