Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 large sweet potato ((about a cup mashed))
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ((I used whey))
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon (to taste )
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Cook pancakes on medium heat, flipping after 30 seconds to a minute.
