The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 large sweet potato ((about a cup mashed))
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ((I used whey))
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon (to taste )
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Cook pancakes on medium heat, flipping after 30 seconds to a minute.
