Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup sweet potato (cooked with skin removed)
- 1/2 cup almond milk ((coconut milk, cashew milk))
- 1/4 cup protein powder (choose your favorite brand, plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
Instruction
- In a high powered blender add the sweet potato (cooked, chilled, and skin removed), milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and ice. Blend until smooth and add more ice and sweetener if needed. Pour into a glass right away and enjoy. You can also add supplements to the smoothie before blending -see notes below for suggestions.
