Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 sweet Potato (Boiled and peeled)
- 4 cubes (1 inches of cottage cheese.)
- 5 tbsp of Sooji/Rava/Semolina
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp ghee (I use homemade ghee)
Instruction
- Take Sweet potato and mash it well.
- Mix cottage cheese and sooji. Add Salt.
- Make round balls and flatten it to make it like Tikki.
- Shallow Fry it on the tava.
