Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 sweet Potato (Boiled and peeled)
  • 4 cubes (1 inches of cottage cheese.)
  • 5 tbsp of Sooji/Rava/Semolina
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee (I use homemade ghee)

Instruction

  • Take Sweet potato and mash it well.
  • Mix cottage cheese and sooji. Add Salt.
  • Make round balls and flatten it to make it like Tikki.
  • Shallow Fry it on the tava.
