The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into large chunks
- 1 cup milk, warmed (I used 2%, but any milk will work)
- 2 Tablespoons butter (or coconut oil, to make this vegan)
- 1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup chopped raw pecans
