  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1-8 oz. package tempeh, (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 garlic cloves, (minced)
  • 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, (divided)
  • 1 medium sweet potato, (peeled and diced)
  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, (halved)
  • sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions, (chopped)
