- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1-8 oz. package tempeh, (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 garlic cloves, (minced)
- 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, (divided)
- 1 medium sweet potato, (peeled and diced)
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts, (halved)
