Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 teaspoons diced shallot
- 1/2 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon white wine
- 1 1/2 cups frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instruction
- Heat 1/2 teaspoon olive oil in a pan over a medium-low heat.
- Add the diced shallot and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and stir for a further 1 minute.
- Turn the heat to low and add the frozen peas, thyme, butter, salt and pepper.
- Let the heat of the pan melt the butter.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
