- PAM® Olive Oil Cooking Spray Pump
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2-1/2 pounds chicken wing drumettes
- 1/2 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place rack inside rimmed baking sheet; spray with cooking spray.
- Stir together paprika, chili powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper in small bowl.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel and place in large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon spice mixture and toss to coat. Place skin-side up on baking rack and spray chicken lightly with cooking spray. Bake 35 minutes, until crispy and cooked through (180°F).
- Meanwhile, stir together ketchup, honey, mustard, vinegar and remaining spice mixture in small pot. Bring to a simmer over low heat; cook 10 minutes. Toss cooked wings with sauce and serve or continue baking 5 minutes for glazed wings.
