The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 medium mango
- 1 large bell pepper, red
- 1/4 medium onion, red
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
Instruction
- Dice mango, pepper and onion; roughly chop cilantro. Add these ingredients along with lime juice and cinnamon to a large bowl; toss to coat.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
