Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 medium mango
  • 1 large bell pepper, red
  • 1/4 medium onion, red
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ounce tortilla chips

Instruction

  • Dice mango, pepper and onion; roughly chop cilantro. Add these ingredients along with lime juice and cinnamon to a large bowl; toss to coat.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
