  • 2 tsp vinegar ((I used pomegranate vinegar))
  • 2 tsp honey or agave
  • 1 tsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 5 Oz baby kale
  • 1/2 cup dried apple chips
  • 1/4 cup red onions ((julienne style)))
  • 1/4 cup carrots ((julienne style))
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp orange zest ((optional))
