- 2 tsp honey or agave
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 5 Oz baby kale
- 1/2 cup dried apple chips
- 1/4 cup red onions ((julienne style)))
- 1/4 cup carrots ((julienne style))
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp crumbled feta
- 1 tsp orange zest ((optional))
