The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 pound chicken breasts (pounded thin, cut into 1” pieces)
  • Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp EACH ground ginger, garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Asian sweet chili sauce (like Mae Ploy)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1-3 teaspoons Asian chili sauce (like Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable/olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into 1” pieces)
  • 1/2 small white onion (chopped into 1” pieces)
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple (cut into 1” cubes (may sub canned))
  • 4 oz. Snow peas (ends trimmed (optional))
