The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Mango pulp
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 pieces cashew
Instruction
- Step 1:Take a pan on burner to heat in low flame.Add 2bowl mango pulp and stir well for 1min.Then add 1 cup of coconut milk,2 cups of sugar,keep stirring in low flame.
- Step 2:After 15-20 min it turn thick ,now add 5spoons of ghee.continue to stir.once it start to leave pan,then add 2 pinch of nutmeg powder.Now its ready.
- Step 3:In small pan, heat 1spoon ghee and fry cashew,almond,raisins to golden brown.Grease mold/plate with ghee and spread hot halwa on it.Decor with fried dry fruit cut in shape and keep to set in refrigerator for 20-30minutes.
