Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa, chopped)
  • 0.333 cup Milk chocolate (at least 35% cocoa, chopped)
  • 4 tsps Rum optional (or cream)
  • 20 Marshmallow

Instruction

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring continuously. Stir in the rum or cream and pour into a preheated bowl.
  • Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate using fondue forks or skewers.
