Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 telegraph cucumber, strip-peeled
  • 200g fresh crabmeat
  • 1-2 tbs sweet chilli sauce, to taste
  • 1 tbs coriander leaves, torn if large, plus extra small leaves to garnish

Instruction

  • Cut cucumber into 12 thick rounds. Lightly toss crab with chilli sauce and coriander. Season, then pile onto cucumber rounds. Garnish with extra coriander and serve.
