Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 telegraph cucumber, strip-peeled
- 200g fresh crabmeat
- 1-2 tbs sweet chilli sauce, to taste
- 1 tbs coriander leaves, torn if large, plus extra small leaves to garnish
Instruction
- Cut cucumber into 12 thick rounds. Lightly toss crab with chilli sauce and coriander. Season, then pile onto cucumber rounds. Garnish with extra coriander and serve.
