Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 3 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger paste or fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 pound fresh green beans (trimmed)
  • 4 salmon fillets (approx. 5 oz per piece)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl whisk together the sweet Thai chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic until evenly mixed.
  • Place the trimmed green beans in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Add three tablespoons of the sweet chili sauce to the green beans and toss until evenly coated.
  • Bake the green beans in a 400 degree oven for 6 minutes.
  • Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, to the baking sheet, arranging green beans around the salmon. Brush the salmon fillets with 3 to 4 tablespoons of the sweet chili sauce.
  • Bake the salmon and green beans in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes, set the broiler on high for 2 additional minutes.
  • Serve with the extra sweet chili sauce.
