Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (see notes)
- 12 oz sweet chili sauce (divided)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 3 green onions (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger (see notes)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a large baking sheet with foil then spray with non-stick spray.
- Mix 1/3 cup of the chili sauce with all other ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve the remaining chili sauce for later.
- Shape meat into 1 in/2.5 cm balls and place on prepared sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
- Remove cooked meatballs to a large bowl and coat with the remaining chili sauce.
