Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (see notes)
  • 12 oz sweet chili sauce (divided)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 3 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger (see notes)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a large baking sheet with foil then spray with non-stick spray.
  • Mix 1/3 cup of the chili sauce with all other ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve the remaining chili sauce for later.
  • Shape meat into 1 in/2.5 cm balls and place on prepared sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
  • Remove cooked meatballs to a large bowl and coat with the remaining chili sauce.
