Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cucumbers; thinly sliced ((or however you’d like them))
- 1/2 cup red onion; thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp . rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp . sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt/pepper to taste
Instruction
- Add the cucumbers and onions to a medium sized bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, combine the vinegar, sweet chili sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Whisk together well and pour over the cucumbers and onions.
- Toss them all together well and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
