Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cucumbers; thinly sliced ((or however you’d like them))
  • 1/2 cup red onion; thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp . rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp . sweet chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Add the cucumbers and onions to a medium sized bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, combine the vinegar, sweet chili sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together well and pour over the cucumbers and onions.
  • Toss them all together well and cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
