Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cracked peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Measure the ingredients into a bowl or plastic bag.
  • Mix all ingredients together well. If using a bag squeeze and shake to combine.
  • Use 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of rub depending on the size of pork roast. Rub over pork roast, cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight before cooking.
  • Store in an airtight container.
