Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala or sweet curry powder

Instruction

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot, until hot but not smoking. Add popcorn kernels, cover. Once the kernels have finished popping, transfer to a large bowl, and add brown sugar, salt, garam masala or curry powder.
