Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instruction

  • Place everything but the shrimp in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add the marinade and the shrimp to a large, zip top plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  • Lightly oil grill and preheat to the searing setting. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  • Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
