Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped ripe mangoes (approx 1 large mango)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (use maple syrup or sugar for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • Add mangoes, orange juice, honey, cilantro, garlic clove, red pepper flakes, and salt to a small food processor or a chopper and blend until the ingredients start to come together.
  • With the processor still on, pour extra virgin olive oil very slowly from the opening and blend until the dressing is creamy.
  • Use the mango dressing over salads or serve it as a dipping sauce.
