Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp freshly minced ginger
- 2 tsp freshly chopped garlic
- 1-2 tsp asian chile sauce
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cornstarch, for coating
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instruction
- Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and asian chile sauce.
- Place chicken in bag or bowl and coat sliced chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Simmer, uncovered until sauce thickens. About 5-8 minutes.
- Serve over rice, with a side of sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with green onion if desired.
