Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 6 boneless (skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat)
  • 3/4 C sweet vidalia onion BBQ sauce (or your favorite flavor)
  • 2 T sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Stir together BBQ sauce and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large, oven proof skillet, over medium/high heat. Add chicken to skillet and allow chicken to brown (3-4 minutes) before flipping over and browning the other side (another 3-4 minutes).
  • Brush chicken with the BBQ sauce mixture. Flip over and coat the other side with the sauce too. Bake at 400 until chicken is cooked through and sauce has become browned, about 5-10 minutes.
