- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 14.5 ounce block extra-firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned if needed)
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 large yellow onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- few more tablespoons olive oil, for frying
- cooked rice, for serving
- sesame seeds and green onions, for serving
